What is a guaranteed rental contract at Nash21?
It is a rental contract based on real-world rental rights, tokenized in NFT format, and consequently gaining new functionalities, such as being transactional and liquid.
How do I purchase a guaranteed rental contract?
Access our Marketplace and explore all the available guaranteed rental contracts. You can either purchase directly at the fixed price or make a new offer. Hover over the contract of your interest, click on 'Buy,' and place an offer in the 'New Offer' section, indicating the price and the duration you want this proposal to be available.
Where can I view the rental contract?
After purchasing a guaranteed rental contract on our Marketplace, you can view it in your portfolio with all the details by accessing the 'My Portfolio' section.
How can I collect my rental income?
In “My Portfolio” section you can see all the contracts that belong to you. Click on 'View' for the one you want to collect, and in the Rent section, you will see the total amount and the period of the tokenized contract. Press the 'Collect Now' button, and if you have chosen to collect in crypto, a pop-up window from your wallet will open to confirm the transaction.
Can I sell my rental contract?
Yes, by acquiring a guaranteed rental contract, you are acquiring the collection rights, and you can sell them in full or in part whenever you wish, obtaining liquidity.

Can I make purchases on the Marketplace if I'm not a resident in Spain?
In Nash21's Marketplace, you can acquire rental rights at any time and from anywhere in the world, without being a resident in Spain.
What are IR and APR?
The Interest Rate (IR) corresponds to the net profitability that the investor will have when making that investment, which in the case of Nash21 involves acquiring the NFT. On the other hand, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) determines the total profitability on an annualized basis.
What happens if I have purchased a guaranteed rental contract and the tenant leaves the property?
You will always receive the rental income associated with the acquired contract, even if the tenant vacates the property. Additionally, if the tenant fails to pay, you will still receive the rental income as the guarantee fund assumes the risk of non-payment.
