What does it include?
This service includes rent collection by day, by hour… you receive your rent when you want, even if your tenant doesn't pay. Furthermore, if the apartment remains vacant, you will still collect your rent until you find a new tenant.
All legal expenses and payments are covered without limits until the property is restored, and you will also have protection against intentional acts up to €3,000.
What is the duration of the service?
Guaranteed Fluid Income has a duration of one year from the confirmation of the application, automatically renewable annually unless otherwise stated.
Who bears the cost?
We have developed a new formula for the tenant to bear the cost of the rental guarantee while generating returns. In this way, the tenant contracts the guarantee through Nashval, and the landlord receives the Guaranteed Fluid Rent service at no cost. Both parties benefit from a single contract!
Who pays me the rents?
Once you contract the service, we take care of paying the rent instantly whenever you want. Nash21 acts as an intermediary between the owner and the tenant, who, from the moment of contracting, must pay the rent for their rental to Nash21's account.
How do I initiate the application process?
Through our platform, the process is very straightforward. As an owner, you will need to add some basic information and invite the tenant to complete the process. We will validate all the information, and once the tenant is approved and makes the payment, we will notify you to sign the contract and access the benefits of Guaranteed Fluid Rent.
If I contract Nash21, does my tenant have to do anything? Does it cost anything for them?
Once the application is approved, the tenant will be informed that the monthly rent payment should be made to a bank account provided by Nash21 or directly through our platform. It does not cost anything for them, and furthermore, they can benefit from paying on time by receiving a 2% cashback.
What happens if the tenant terminates the contract during the service period?
In case of contract termination by the tenant, the owner will continue to receive rent from Nash21 for a period of 30 days while seeking a new tenant.
Rent Advance
How can I request a Rent Advance?
The request is carried out entirely on our platform. If you have already tokenized your contract and have contracted the Guaranteed Fluid Rent service, you only need to go to the "Properties" section, select the property from which you want to advance your rents, and indicate how many months you wish to advance. Once you confirm, you will automatically have that money available in your Nash21 account.
Can I choose any date of the month to request an advance?
Yes, you can request a rent advance from our platform whenever you want.
How soon can I access the advanced money?
Once the Rent Advance is confirmed, you automatically have the money in your Nash21 account, and from there, you can withdraw it to your bank account.
How many months of rent can I advance?
You can advance up to 12 months of rent.

What is Nashval?
Nash-val is like a guarantee, but with yields. It’s a new formula that allows tenants to obtain a guarantee while generating returns.
How does Nashval work?
The tenant temporarily provides Nash21 with the equivalent of the corresponding rent and thus obtains their rental guarantee. Meanwhile, the deposit generates returns for both the tenant, and the owner receives the Guaranteed Fluid Rent service at no cost.
What is the validity period of my Nashval?
The validity of your Nashval corresponds to the total duration of the rental contract.
Do I need to have a chosen apartment to acquire Nashval?
Yes, to complete the Nash21 Guarantee contract through Nashval, you need to have your apartment selected, as the amount to be provided will be defined based on the monthly rent amount you pay. If you are still searching for an apartment, you can initiate the application with the estimated amount you are willing to pay as rent. Once you have the apartment, you can then provide the relevant property information to finalize the process.
If I'm a tenant and I contract Nashval, what does the owner need to do?
We will only require the name and contact information of the property owner you will be renting from because it is necessary to generate the guarantee certificate. We will not request any additional payments from the owner.
How many months of rent are required to generate Nashval?
The amount to be provided will be equivalent to a specific number of months' rent. This varies based on the type of property the tenant is renting and their income type.
When can I withdraw the returns?
Tenants can obtain the associated returns annually. There will be a counter on the platform where you can see the returns being generated and the date when they will be unlocked.
If I'm a tenant but don't have the necessary months to provide and obtain my Nashval, what can I do?
A third party can initiate the application and provide the corresponding amount. The Nash21 Guarantee certificate will be issued in the name of the future tenant of the property, and the returns associated with the payment will accrue to the third party involved.

Do I have to be a property owner to invest in Rent Booster?
You don't necessarily have to be a property owner with rental income to enjoy this service. Both investors and tenants can participate in Rent Booster freely. If you are a property owner, you can use your rental income or your rent advance to invest in Rent Booster.
What returns do I get from investing in Rent Booster?
Rent Booster generates a fixed annual interest of 4%. In other words, you will receive this benefit with no possibility of it being a higher or lower interest rate.
How does Rent Booster work?
This tool operates as follows: the user provides Nash21 with a fixed amount of stable virtual coins, and Nash21 will return that amount plus a fixed annual interest of 4% with a mandatory lock-in period of only 30 days.
